Mandarin Buffet is an all-you-can-enjoy dine-in experience offering about 150 items on our buffet tables filled with a variety of our dishes.

We ensure that your Mandarin experience will be enjoyable as well as safe and comfortable for you and your family. Customers are provided with hand sanitizer and are screened, including a temperature check, upon entry. Disposable gloves are also available for customers. Enhanced safety measures have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Provincial Proof of Vaccination for Dine-In
Starting September 22, 2021, customers will be required to show both proof of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum 14 days following second dose) and proof of identity to Dine-In for Small Eats and Buffet as per measures implemented by Ontario government.
Customers ages 12 and over must show the restaurant host or hostess an enhanced vaccine certificate (with an official QR code), paper copy or digital copy/on the phone vaccine receipt provided on site at the time of vaccination or printed/downloaded through the COVID-19 Vaccination provincial portal to prove that they have been fully immunized.
Acceptable documents to confirm identity include: birth certificate, citizenship card, driver’s licence, government issued ID card, health card, Indian status card/Indigenous membership card, passport and permanent resident card. 
Customers who are visitors to Ontario will also be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and proof of identification to Dine-In.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required for placing or picking up Take-Out and Delivery orders.

Increased Sanitization

More rigorous cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces inside the restaurants. Additional hand sanitizer stations have been implemented. Created laminated menus that are sanitized after each use. Installed extended sneezeguards at buffet tables. More frequent changing of buffet utensils

Social Distancing

Floor markers, tables separated, and restaurants operating at a reduced customer capacity are in place to manage social distancing. Everyone must wear masks upon entering and while remaining inside the restaurants. Directional signage with traffic control as needed.


Team Safety Measures

Staff are fully trained in health and safety procedures, work with masks inside the restaurant and are screened prior to each shift including temperature check, monitoring of symptoms, travel and contact history. Staff who do not pass are not permitted to work.
